There’s something I just love about this morning’s sunrise, or should I call it a cloudrise … As though Mother Nature is trying to make up her mind. Will I be cloudy? No, let me throw in some wispy clouds, and show signs of clearing … Kind of like myself …
So yesterday, I had certain tasks on my calendar. But Spencer didn’t get to the mailbox. And I needed the mail to get my main goal done, end of month accounting. Then I found out my yoga teacher was holding a 10AM class yesterday. Something new. If I hadn’t needed to get out of the house for the mail, I might not have gone ….
The class held the following intention: “Shakti Creative Energy Flow..feeling uninspired or unsure how to move forward…when you dance with the energy of the first and second chakras, energy begins to move in..up… & out … bringing new sweet juice to all your systems…”
I could probably write a book on how all of this works. But the most important factor as opposed to the why, is simply to state that my teacher is a master, because it did work.
I found myself lying in savasana at the end, and forgot I was there. Lost in a dream, of how to solve some of the problems/goals on my calendar ….
So here’s the deal … A calendar is meant as a roadmap, but we must allow room for “the link in the chain of destiny” to appear. I felt I needed to go to yoga – it’s one of my goals too, but wasn’t specifically dated out. Just attend yoga class once a week. It wasn’t on Tuesday’s schedule, but as soon as I saw what felt like a rare and needed opportunity, I went.
