“The faculty of self-deception is an essential requisite for anyone wanting to guide others.”
~ Giuseppe Tomasi Di Lampedusa, Italian Author
Today is the first day since I started this blog that the sunrise did not make itself known to this part of the world.

The above quote seems so befitting of Mother Nature today. How deceptive her early morning clouds have been the past few mornings! They have quickly burned off to reveal crisp and clear afternoons. And I’m betting today won’t be any different, as I can very clearly see out into the far reaches of the British Virgin Islands, the tiny islands in the middle, which are rarely visible because of haze.

And I enjoy this quote for personal reasons too. As Einstein said, “Problems cannot be solved with the same mind set that created them.” There is a certain amount of self-deception that must go on – that comes from a deeper, more spiritual place – to get one from A to B. The ego-ic mind cannot do it.

As I help others in their pursuits, if I am blind to their uncertainty, seeing only their potential, all the better 🙂

Have an awesome weekend everyone. And don’t let morning cloudiness dictate your day !!
